Kathy Erickson

Kathy Erickson was born and raised in Idaho Falls. She currently calls Rigby home. Kathy and her husband, Dennis, have one son, one daughter, and one bonus son in law. She has over 28 years of experience since starting her nursing journey by becoming a CNA at 16, then getting her LPN a few years later.  

Kathy went to nursing school at Grossmont Health Occupation Center in San Diego while she and her husband was stationed there in the Marine Corps. Throughout her nursing career, she has experienced many opportunities which include skilled nursing facility, home health, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Interventional Radiology and her current position as Facility Coordinator of Idaho Healthcare Institute.  

She enjoys being able to help guide the future nurses on their path, and to help take some of the financial burden away with the scholarships she is able to award.
