Katrina Ashby

Katrina (Trina) Ashby was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho. After obtaining her degree from BYU-Idaho in 2003, this year will be 21 years of experience as a registered nurse working in various specialties, including, Med-Surge, ICU, L&D, NICU/PICU, Home Health and Hospice Care, and Nursing Director in an Assisted Living Center.

She currently works PRN in Pre-Op/PACU at Mountain View Hospital along with her position here at Idaho Healthcare Institute as a CNA Instructor. She is passionate about the privilege to teach and mentor the CNA students as they enter their profession of healthcare. 

Trina loves enjoying nature and spending time with her family of a loving and supportive husband, children and grandchildren.
